Our services are primarily available in Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi, UAE. Service availability may vary based on location, project requirements, and current capacity.

2.2 Quality Standards

All services are performed according to industry standards and specifications. We maintain ISO 9001:2015 certification for quality management and follow strict safety protocols.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

1. Provide accurate and complete information when requesting quotes or services
2. Ensure all technical drawings and specifications are correct and complete
3. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Make payments according to agreed terms
5. Provide safe and accessible work environments for on-site services

4. Quotations and Pricing

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Schedule

Payment terms are as follows:

• 50% advance payment upon order confirmation
• 50% balance payment upon completion and before delivery
• For large projects: Milestone-based payments as agreed

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all customer projects and will not disclose any proprietary information to third parties without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Scope of Liability

Peace Star Engineering's liability shall be limited to:

• Repair or replacement of defective products
• Refund of payments for undelivered services
• Direct damages not exceeding the contract value

7.2 Exclusions

We shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

• Normal wear and tear of delivered products

9.2 Termination by Peace Star

We reserve the right to terminate services in cases of:

• Non-payment or breach of payment terms
• Violation of safety requirements
• Provision of false or misleading information
• Unreasonable or abusive behavior toward staff

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due, and we will return any customer-provided materials or designs.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
